About Our Club Our Club Meetings are held on the 1st, 2nd & 5th Tuesday each month. Board Meeting are held on the 3rd Tuesday each month. Our Subiaco Community Catch Up Events are held on the 4th Tuesday each month.

Gourmet Bacon and Egg Burgers
On Sunday mornings we prepare Gourmet Bacon and Egg Burgers at the Stirling Markets - our major fundraiser.
Would you like to volunteer to help us?  It is good fun!

This is what we are doing

The Rotary Opshop Collective is a joint project between the Rotary Club of Matilda Bay, Rotary Club of Western Endeavour, Rotary Club of Subiaco, Rotary Club of West Perth, Rotary Club of Elizabeth Quay and Rotary Club of Nedlands.

Every Sunday Morning at 88 Broadway Nedlands 7am to 12pm. 
 

Grab a Stall or Shop for a Deal!

We are relaunching the Swapmeet on Sunday October 9th. The Rotary Club of Subiaco is co-hosting the Swapmeet with the other clubs.  You can -
  • Get a stall at the swap meet ($5 per bay) any Sunday
  • Find a deal at the Op Shop 
  • Donate re-sellable, pre-loved items to the Op Shop
We are delighted to have friends of Rotary volunteer alongside us.

The Rotary Club of Subiaco and Rotary Clubs in Districts 9455 (north of the river) are sponsoring students to attend science programs at our local universities. This year, students can register for the Santos Science Experience at our two participating Perth-metro universities:

  • Murdoch University from 13 - 15 December 2022
  • Edith Cowan University, Joondalup from 10 - 13 January 2023

THE ROTARY CLUB OF SUBIACO

THE FIRST FIFTY YEARS, 1949-1999.

The Perth Club, the first in Western Australia, received its Charter during 1927 and was followed by Fremantle during 1928. Subsequently the Perth Club was responsible for the formation of Clubs at Bunbury in 1939, Northam in 1946, Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 1947 and Victoria Park in 1948.  During 1949 Geraldton, Mt.Lawley, Swan Districts and Subiaco received their charter, all being in district 64, which consisted of parts of Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

Rotary Four Way Speaking CompetitionHave something the world needs to hear?

Year 10 students at Perth Modern School are invited to speak about ethical issues on Tue 26 Jul 2022. The Rotary Club of Subiaco sponsors the annual competition. Students will have 5 minutes to relate current events and to Rotary's four ethical tests. Cash prizes for winners at each stage - club, semi-final, final, and state events.

Bill Benbow 50th Year in RotaryCelebrate Bill's Service with Us! 

Let's get together and celebrate an incredible anniversary! Our own Rotarian, Bill Benbow, has been active in Rotary since 1 Aug 1972. During that time he's also been the 2005-06 District Governor when we were District 9450.
