Many Rotary Clubs offer partial and full scholarships to pay the tuition to attend the Santos Science Experience. The Rotary Club of Subiaco is offering 2 full-scholarships to Perth Modern School.

If you attend another high school in Western Australia, please contact our Youth Director shauna@smk-writer.com for help contacting a Rotary Club in your area offering scholarships. We are here to support youth.

A student can register for any university, even out-of-state universities. A student will need to contact the Science Experience staff to get in touch with the out of state university to organise accomodation.

Get a Scholarship

Many Rotary Clubs give scholarships for part or all of the tuition. However, you can ask the Rotary Club about help with the cost of accomodation and travel if you want to attend an interstate program.

If you are a student who wants to apply for an optional scholarship, do not register online.

  1. Instead contact Rotarian Shauna Kinney shauna@smk-writer.com.
  2. She will introduce you to a Rotary Club and they will discuss the scholarship with you.
  3. You will then download and fill out the scholarship application.
  4. You will send the completed scholarship application to your Rotary Club.

Your Rotary Club sends your scholarship form to the Science Experience for you. The tax invoice will go to your Rotary Club for the scholarship amount and if any payment is due, a tax invoice will be sent to you for the balance. The Science Experience and the university you choose will send you the event location and details by email.

Alternatively, you can register without a scholarship ...

Students who do not wish to apply for financial support from a Rotary Club may register online and pay their own tuition. Online registration is through The Science Experience website. Click the Apply Now at https://www.scienceexperience.com.au/how-to-enrol.
