Street Chaplains

Lee-Anne and Stephen Armstrong have been Street Chaplains for the past two years. As Street Chaplains, they are first responders who help and engage with youth on the streets. They have been married for 36 years, have two children, and two grandchildren – with a third on the way in August. We love helping others and particularly supporting young people.
