The Rotary Club will be learning where the kitchen equipment is and walking through our tasks for next week's Community Dinner. Please note we only have the venue and kitchen from 6 pm to 7:15 pm and need to be out promptly.

Free partking in the SubPark lot off Rowland street. Please enter through the side door off of Rowland street (near the fenced in kids' play area).

You are invited to come along and join us for a hearty 3 course sit down dinner.  Enjoy some companionship and engage with your fellow local Subiaco residents. 

This is a great way to connect with others who live in Subiaco whilst enjoying some light entertainment.

Tuesday 24 May.  Arrival 5.45pm, The Third Place, 325 Barker Road Subiaco.  

Dinner and light entertainment will be provided.  The evening concludes at 8pm.  Please note this is an alcohol free event. 

$5 minimum per person or pay what you would like.  This initiative is being sponsored by the Subiaco Rotary Club creating a social dining hub for local residents.  Come along to share a meal and enjoy some company with us. 

This is an adults only event. Registrations are essential. We can currently only host a maximum of 40 people. 

Please be on time as we will close the front doors once everyone has arrived.

We will be having Rotarian Bill Benbow's grandson share how he progressed into professional sport. He will share his experience as well as talk with us about the future of professional sport as international travel opens up.

One of our regional technology experts will give us insights into smart home devices from doorbells with cameras to robot vacuums. We will talk about privacy and the trade offs of newer, automated services using the internet to manage our homes and our data.

Year 10 high school students at Perth Modern School are invited to compete in the 4 Way Speaking Competition.

• Semi-finals will be held after school during the week of 8-12 August 2022
• District Final will be held on Wednesday 31 August 2022
• State Final will be held on Thursday 8 September 2022

Applications will be available in your Advo class or at the Interact Club meetings on Monday afternoons after school. Parents, teachers and students are also invited to contact Rotarian Shauna Kinney (contact details below).

Rotarians and community volunteers interested in particpating as adjudicators are invited to a information session on Saturday 2 July, 2.00-3.00 pm at the Rotary District 9455 District Office, 110 William St, Perth.
