How dental care people recover from domestic violence

Dr Jacinta Vu, Healing Smiles, Perth Western Australia

Many women are unable to afford the high costs of dental treatment after suffering abuse, and over time this impacts self-esteem and job opportunities for the future.

By working with a number of women’s refuge agencies, case workers and a strong network of volunteers, we can assist women in each step during the course of dental treatment and beyond

Purchase a drink at the Subiaco Petanque Club at 5:45 pm on Tue 7 May 2024. Dr. Vu will speak at 6 pm.
